1. Any return or exchange of the helicopters and helicopter parts must be pre-proved
by Hooobby.com and receive a RMA number.
2. How to receive a RMA number? Email service@hoooobby.com, please give the detailed
reason and information about your request for any exchange and return of the helicopters
or helicopter parts. Any email attached with the picture(s) of the defective/damaged
products will be handled first. We will send RMA No. to your email address once
we confirm the return or exchange.
3. Return or Exchange Policy.
(1). All the return/exchange products will be charged an 18% restocking fee. Shipping
fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
(2). If you are receiving an order package box with obvious distortion, please
refuse the package and inform Hooobby.com via email or fax in 2 days.
(3). 2 Days Return. Guarantee to accept the return of any helicopter or helicopter
part with serious damages, like broken. Make sure to inform us via email or fax
in the next 2 days after receiving. No returns over 2 days, but we offer the exchange
of the damaged or defective parts after 2 days.
(4). 7 Days Exchange of Parts. Be sure to contact us in the first 7 days of receiving
your order when you are aware that there are some defective parts. If over 7 days,
we will NOT handle any request for return or exchange..
(5). All the helicopters and the main helicopter parts have the Hooobby stickers
on. Be aware not to tear away the stickers within 7 days of your receiving. We
will NOT accept any product without the complete sticker or with scratched sticker
for exchange nor return.
(6). For any exchange of the helicopter part, email us the name and the code of
the part.
(7). Any return helicopter must be in a complete package with all the original
standard settings (including outer package, inner package, helicopter, transmitter,
battery, battery charger, manual, etc). Otherwise we will charge extra10% handling
fee, or deserve the right to refuse the exchange.
(8). We will charge no less than a 28% restocking fee, once the return product
is found with obvious damage(s) or scratches by hits or falls. Also we reserve
the right of refuse to exchange.
(9)го The customer pays for shipping the return and exchange helicopter(s)/ part(s)
to Hooobby and Hooobby pays for shipping back to you.
(10). Return inspection and exchange processing normally take up to 7 business
days. You may expect the exchange arrived in around 14 days.
HOOOBBY will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising
from the use of any product(s) that it sells. HOOOBBY reserves the right to
refuse service to anyone.
